Has my order shipped?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check the status of your order.

How do I track my order?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site and go to "my orders." Click the "track your order" link about half way down.

My order never arrived.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If all items have shipped, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered" in the "track your order" link, please contact customer service for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

How do I create an account?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Then, click "create an account" and simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I forgot my passowrd.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?" That link will send an email to you with your password.

How do I return my product?
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Hank Haney Golf. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges. The item must be returned in new and resaleable condition with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. If the product has been used or is 30 days past the purchase date, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Hank Haney Golf within 30 days of delivery at orders@hankhaneyshop.com. Please be prepared to supply Hank Haney Golf with the order number and item from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. Hank Haney Golf will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact Hank Haney Golf immediately at orders@hankhaneyshop.com. Please have your order number available when you call. HankHaney.com provides a 12-month warranty on workmanship against defects for every product.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the original purchase must be made directly from HankHaney.com. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 5 days of our receipt of your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a defective unit or a shipping error on our part. All sales are final for customized products including custom logo products. These items cannot be returned. If an error occurred in your order process or packaging, please contact HankHaney.com at orders@hankhaneyshop.com.

As a purchaser of any Level of the Hank Haney PRO Certification Program(s) it is incumbent upon you to realize that the intellectual property and propriety nature of the information contained within our program(s) is provided to you for the sole purpose of instructing you in the methods and means of golf instruction developed and perfected by Hank Haney. As such, once you have executed a purchase agreement, either by phone, the web, or mail and the requested information, either in the form of booklets, web site access/downloads or DVDs, has been provided to you, our contractual obligation is complete and no refund of the purchase price, for any reason, will be made. This policy is non-negotiable and is considered to be agreed upon by the buyer at the time of purchase. The return of all or any portion of purchased material will not alter this policy.

If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

How do I navigate the site?
To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top of our website.
